I was wondering does anyone know if DLRP does VIP guides like WDW does ?

Yes, there is guided tours & Vip tours. Backstage tours are not available but sometimes they show you the backstage from Star Tours on these tours.

Vip tour includes a reservation for meal and special places at shows.
