VIP tour - tickets purchased but nothing in account

I've booked tickets for 3 people for a VIP experience and assigned them each to a person during checkout. I've got an email with an order number. But there's nothing in my account - it's as if I don't have tickets. Is this normal with VIP does anyone know please?
