VIP Housekeeping

We stayed at OKW in March and had a real problem with the housekeeping. I wrote a letter of complaint and received a message that for my next vacation we are going to receive VIP housekeeping. Anyone have any idea what this is?

Never had a problem with OKW housekeeping except that once we got an extra one by mistake! Maybe someone else didn't get theirs that day. I have no idea what "VIP housekeeping" is, but it might be cleaning everyday?
