Villas/townhouses in areas like Windsor Palms?

I am looking at a couple villas in Windsor Palms because they have a fitness center and a big pool. Are there other GOOD developments that have these things? It will be my family (2 adults 2 kids) and my parents. We want something with enough room to spread out, which is why we are looking at 4/3 villas. We are looking in the $700-$800 a week range.
