Villa rental help

Hi I am going to Disney May 6-15 and looking to rent a villa. I have been looking at VRBO. Is there any way to verify these rentals? I have found one in Chatam park (any idea how far Chatam Park is)? and one listed in Clearmont (10 min ride to Disney).

you can check on the appropriate county website -you should be able to search for the name of the owner and see if they own a home .
You can ask owner for the details of their man co and speak to them and get them to verify the house belongs to whoever you are booking from and you can ask foe referrals of other guests who have stayed their and confrim the names of who they dealt with. Some homeowner rental site verfiy the homes them selve s which entails the owner sending proof -i.e. a utility bill with all the uk (or wherever) and the us home details on it

Re Chatham park, it is about 4 or 5 miles down 192 east of disney,we stayed there in 2000,very easy to get to disney if you take the osceola parkway,its a toll rd but it is only 50cents,chatham park is a very quiet estate with its own security,also not far from a very large walmart,cannot help with your question about booking,we have stayed in villas 5 times and had no problems SOLEIL
