Villa recommendations

I have my flights, being held until weds. so we could sort out DS's flights (he can't be on our booking as he is flying home before us and we are using DH travel industry discount) so ringing and paying tomorrow. YAY now all we need to do is find a villa - our usual one has been sold and no longer used for renting out, so looking for recommendations rather than just scanning the web - we will need a 3/4 bed, with a pool obviously, no longer than 10/15 mins drive from Disney, DH like the sound of Indian Wells as it is close but had a quick look and could not find many to rent. Please let me know recommendations so that I can get into full planning mode.

Below are some of the one's we have saved for possible enquiries.
All are located in Kissimmee close to everything.

The bottom 3 we have stayed at before and can recommend them, to be honest most of the below should have a private south facing pool. We don't tend to go for 'top of the range' homes, or larger villas as there are just the three of us, although we have stayed at Indian Creek a few times and some of the villas below are there, have a leaning towards Windsor Palms, Windsor Hillls or Emerald Island now as all are gated and well located.
Terre Verde and Cumbrian Lakes we also like, both down Poinciana Boulevard.

We stayed on Indian Creek 3 years back, the 4 bed places on there are really nice and the location is superb.

We stay at Windsor Hills gated community. Very very close to Disney.
Try and get one in there - you won't be sorry.

Would you know where key collection is for those villas? They look great.

It depends on the owners, , many have a secure key pad entry system where you need a specific code to access, some have the keys inside these.
Others you collect from the Management Company, it varies really.

Put your request in on www.thedibb.co.uk.
If you put all requirements in date, private pool, gated, no. of bedrooms, games, internet etc. Owners can email you with their homes if they are available.
Indian Wells is a older estate, mainly residential now, this could be why you can not find many villas.

Thanks for your replies, I will certainly be spending time this evening looking at the different websites. I will look at the Dibb as well - Thank you, I don't mind spending a little more on the villa as we got a fantastic deal on the flights - althoug DH has worked at Heathrow for about 5 years we haven't really used many of his discounts except for free parking at the BAA airports - this saves us a lot.

Had a lovely time looking at Villa details and listed them in order of preference, I am waiting on an owner to come back to me to let me know if my dates are available.

Rang and paid for our flights and even better got another £15 per person of so 3 adult return flights for less than a £1000 in August, really chuffed, even more spending money!!!
