Views from the BLT?

What are some of the other great views from the bay lake tower??? (Other than the magic kingdom) Not necessarily from your room but from anywhere in the resort??? Also is it possible to see illuminations from the roof top lounge or anywhere else at the hotel??? And i know i read somewhere you can see spectromagic from some rooms or the room top lounge..can anyone confirm this?

We saw illuminations from our lake view room on the 11th floor. We could also see the Epcot ball, Expedition Everest, Tower of terror, and the Electric Light parade on the water at 10pm at night. We had binoculars since we had come from the cruise, and I recommend everyone bring them since the views are great.
