Viewing Wishes after Ohana Dinner

If Wishes is at 9, what time should I make my ADR for if I want to watch them from the beach? 7pm? Also what time will the Electric Water Pagent take place when wishes is at 9? Thanks

7:00 would probably be a good time for your ADR. I'm I'm remembering correctly, when the fireworks are at nine, the water pageant comes by the Poly after the fireworks show (around 9:15). Maybe someone else can verify that. One thing you might want to consider is making a little bit later ADR and watching Wishes from Ohana. We had a 7:45 ADR once and got to watch the show from the restaurant.. they play the music in there which is pretty cool! Either way, the Poly is a great place to watch the fireworks.. have a great time!

You may want to make it a little earlier if you want to get down to the beach for Wishes.

Case in point...

In October I did the very same thing, made a 7pm ADR with the plans of watching Wishes at 9pm from the beach. Didn't happen.

The wait to get in took quite a while and then the service was slow (we didn't mind, I don't like being rushed anyway!) but Wishes started RIGHT as we were paying and trying to get out and I ended up missing most of it. This next trip in Sept. I think I'll shoot for 6pm and then we can just relax and take our time, walk around Poly, etc. if we are early. I would rather be early than miss it again or feel rushed.

I'm trying to decide whether to do this on our arrival night (Staying at AKL, flight arrives at 4:45 pm, taking ME to AKL) or to do a signature meal at Jiko (at our hotel) instead. I have always wanted to view wishes from the Poly....I hate rushing for buses with the crowd masses afterwards!!!!
