Viewing MK Fireworks - Not in Park

We will be in Orlando on Novemebr 11 for the night, so we won't be going to any parks, but I was wondering if there is anywhere I can get to that we can watch the fireworks in the MK? I would really like to see the castle as well. Any tips?

Book dinner in the CA Grill. You will not only see the fireworks but have a beautiful view of the castle.

We had taken the boat over to Fort Wilderness for the 9:30 showing of HDDR. When we got off the boat, the fireworks just started. They were amazing and we had a totally new perspective of them. Everyone just stopped and watched. There were people who were staying at that resort who brought out beach chairs to sit by the bay and watch them. They were beautiful and nothing was in the way of them either.

The best place by far is the beach at the Poly. Pull up a chair in the sand and watch the show. Very casual and the view is awesome.
