View of Disney Dreams from Gibson Girl Balcony?

Anyone know how good of a view Gibson Girl Ice Cream Parlor's balcony offers of Disney Dreams? Is it too far away for a good view of the show? Is the view obstructed?

You can check it out on google street view.

Just remember that there is no staging in the hub now, but I don't know if they are putting anything there for christmas.

Also, I find googling "Chessy, France" is the easiest way to get to DLRP.

I'd have thought it would give you a very good view - apart from a lamp post or two I don't think there will be any obstructions.
