Good or Bad?? I just did this one on CD, and am curious to know, is it a good or bad offer? what your opinion ladies?:confused3

I THINK, I don't have my file with me, that this was an easy one to cancel. I think I actually signed up one night and in the morning called right away before they shipped so they stopped shipment and refunded the shipping. This was months ago though, so they may have gotten wise to this scheme. :) GOOD LUCK! We all need it nowadays. :)

I did it through QR mid March and it never credited. That was $16 sorely missed plus the shipping of $5-$7, I don't remember how much for sure. You have to send one disc back but can keep the other 2. I got the Photoshop ones which I hope will help some with my Photoshop Elements program. Hopefully it credits for you.

I did it thru TT and it never credited. I think it was $ 25 there so I wasn't too happy that it didn't credit. However, I returned the CDs and everything (including shipping) was refunded. So I guess that is not too bad - didn't cost anything but I miss that $ 25!

My DH did Video Professor through QR and didn't get credit either. :( Dmitry is still trying to get credit for him though.

I did it through QR in February and it still hasn't credited. I got the shipping cost refunded so he didn't cost me anything just the 34 cent stamp or whatever it was at the time to send a cd back to get that refunded! Dmitry is working on getting me the credit but I'm not too hopeful since its been a long time!

Okay sorry for the late update: I did it on CD and it credited within a day. Easy Cancel. Bad part is ya gotta send back one disk. But thats all. :thumbsup2

Remember to send it ALL back and ask for your shipping back too! This = free trial!

Ok, I just want to get it down so I know what I am doing for this one...you order the CDs and when they arrive you call and tell them that you don't want them...then they will pay your shipping back and credit you even for the $6.95 that you paid for S&H??

I did this one last (on CD) night but never got an email confirmation from them. I waited till I got home today and went ahead and submitted the offer with my email addy that I used to sign up. This was my second "paid" offer through CD so I hope I'm doing it right. Did Blockbuster last night, too, and it didn't credit yet either, so maybe they just take a little while. Any advice?

Basically you will call and cancel and they will give you a return number. Also ask to clarify how may of the cds you have to send back. I only had to send one back. I put it in a greeting card envelope with a stamp on it and the return number written on the front! Once they get that from you they will refund your whole shipping cost and send you a postcard saying it's been refunded. Make sure you say you want the $6.95 shipping cost refunded when you call to cancel because it's not something they 'offer' up when you call.
