Videos available onboard

What kind of videos are available on board? Is this convenient to do? And are they videos or DVDs?

I believe that the only staterooms that have VCRs are the concierge level suites.

From my experiences on the Wonder in March 2003, mostly family movies with a good Disney selection, of course, in VHS format.
