Video-Taping @ Flower Power Concerts

Is video-taping permitted at the Flower Power Concerts?Thanks.

We did a couple years ago when the Nelson were there. And i plan on taping this time when i go see Davey Jones.

At the concerts during the food and wine festival before every concert an announcement was made saying audio and video recording wasn't allowed.
