Video Professor- 8 days, no email conf. Offer denied! GRRRRR!

I signed up for Video Prof. thru CD on 6/5.
I never rec'd an email conf.
My cc was billed and I've called 4 times to request an email.
Each time was told one was on it's way. None ever came. Even gave my personal email addy as an alternate.
Now CD placed this in my "denied" folder and I have no email to put in the Noncredit form.
I just sent the form w/ my order # and customer # and explained why no email conf. I hope it goes through!!!
Anyone ever had this problem?
What do you think will happen?

hmmmm. I've had Video Professor sitting in my pending folder since 6/11. I've been slightly worried that it didn't credit - this one is $28 so it isn't insignificant.


I did get a confirmation email from them though.

You should be OK with the conf. email. I don't understand why I never got one. The reps all log on to my account and see all the details, etc. It's there! I've checked my spam/trash folders too, in case it got directed there.

I signed up thru QR 3/15, got the email confirmation and everything. Never got credit. 3 months tomorrow. I think it was $17 when I did it. Good luck, I hope you get it.
