Islands of Adventure doesn't do as well as Universal Studios Florida when it comes to interesting and unique dining options. However, there's a small spot in The Lost Continent you're probably not eating at - Fire Eater's Grill. Watch and find out why it's actually one of the best quick service options at Universal Orlando Resort!

We've never tried it because the reviews I read were from bad to meh.
I am willing to try it.
eta: That is a serious endorsement of Chicken Stingers, when he said he worked there and it was one of his favorites.

I'm struggling why this is 'best' or why they are recommending. I listened to the whole 25 min on the gyros. Both noting that there was not enough sauce, and one that it was too filled with dripping wet iceberg while part of the pita was hard, and they didn't get the hummus per advertised on the online menu (and the price they cited was the online menu option that includes hummus. Also, if you are stating you don't know what kind of meat it is, might be frozen Costco meat, that isn't a ringing endorsement. But please go?? I guess I was expecting more variety for the length of the episode.

Well, they did say that the pita was quite good, and that where it got a little crunchy was where it baked in the sun. Also, that there was lots of main item in both of them, and that was quite good.

People are weird about gyros. I don't know why. They complain about the lack of perfection. I no longer eat gyros after a bad experience at a dive while in college. So, I'll be getting the chicken stingers. I suspect DH will get a gyro and I'll warn him to get extra sauce and about the hummus or fries. That seems to be the thing with the side item, you get fries or hummus.

On the combo meals, the bonus item is generally a shake or a salad. I like that this place has some different things, like a bowl of cookie dough.
