Victoria & Alberts -- TIW question

I have a question re TIW. I know you may use TIW for Victoria & Alberts with the exception of the chef's table. However, may you use it in the new Queen Victoria's room??? TIA!!!

Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa – 1900 Park Fare, Citricos, Garden View Tea Room, Grand Floridian Cafe, Mizner's Lounge, Narcoossee's, Victoria & Albert's (excludes Chef's Table and Queen Victoria Room)

Thanks! I had looked in several places and only saw the chef's table so I very much appreciate you looking that up for me. Now I have to decide if I cancel my reservation at the Queen's room and go to the regular room... you know, save the Queen's room for a really big event. Decisions, decsions.
