It looks like you can book online but is that true? Or is calling V&A directly still the best method?

Has anyone been since they refurbed the Chef's Table area? Would love any recent reviews.

Online has never worked for me, I've always called. I've had both the refurbed and older chef's table. Prior to the refurb, it had a slightly more casual vibe - simple railing dividing the dining area from the kitchen, various gadgets sitting out on the side areas, storage for some cooking tools that the cooks would come in to get every once in a while, etc. Now it's a bit more formal, more wood and darker colors, I think a new light fixture above the table. It's not a massive change or anything.

I recently booked the Queen Victoria room. I tried online, but it actually says to call on the main page. I ended up calling. Availability was tight even for the QV room. Call the minute they open up, I think 8am WDW/EST, 180 days out from your hotel reservation.
