I feel fortunate to have secured a V&A's reservation for one of the nights I am there. However, I read somewhere that I was suppose to tell them of any dietary restrictions when I made the reservation. I made the reservation online. Do I need to follow up with a phone call?

Grin - even when you DO follow up with a phone call....

V&A is ABSOLUTELY going to call you in your room about 1-2 days before your appointment (I'm not even trying to call it a "Reservation" ).
This will be to insure that they have all your requirements, AND to re-confirm .

So - a hint: When you get to your room? CHECK THE PHONE. Our last trip? Previous tenant had moved the phone jack from "DATA" to "ANALOG" - room phone was dead for three days .

If you DO call V&A? Give 'em the number of the CELL PHONE you will be carrying at WDW .
