Via Napoli - Trying to book first week of March

and site shows nothing available for my dates of Mar. 1-3, 2016 and I'm staying onsite. Any rumors?
Is it due to rehab, Garden & Flower Festival or that Via Napoli hasn't finalized their contract with WDW?

We noticed this as well - we are there in early March and had no problem getting an 8am Crystal Palace and lunch at BOG, but couldn't find anything for Via Napoli.

I am having the same issue. We are there March 5-12 and can't find one single reservation. I haven't heard anything about being shut down for a refurb or anything.

I've done a little poking around... and have heard that since Via Napoli is a 3rd party restaurant, the reservations aren't always loaded at 180 days.

Today is my 180 mark and I tried to make reservations for Via Napoli for March 9 and 10th, and NO reservations are available at all for either day, lunch or dinner. After I made all of my other reservations for my trip, I called and asked them to check to see if there was a glitch or something (I thought it was weird that they didn't offer me other times, just nothing was available at all).

The person I spoke to confirmed that nothing was wrong, and all bookings were indeed gone for those days, and added, "We don't know what's going on. It's like Via Napoli is all of a sudden the new Be Our Guest!" She said I was not the first person she spoke to that was having trouble. It was just booking up at the 180 mark all the time now.

Anyway ... She looked at all of the other days of my trip, and because we are taking a nine day trip, I was able to get a lunch reservation on our very last day (the 15th). No other days were available, except for a VERY late dinner on one other day that I didn't want.

In closing: Via Napoli is good, but it's not this good! What the heck?

it does seem really weird.. especially since i have no problem getting one on feb 29th (or the 28th, or the 27th) for either lunch or dinner, for a party of 5. the only problem is that we won't be in orlando yet.

Could it be taken up by some large group or something? But wouldn't the person I spoke with be able to see that in the system?

That's my plan, too. I ended up getting a reservation, but not on the day that I wanted it. So if I can keep checking my desired day and luck out, I'll just cancel the other one. There must be some explanation that we're not aware of. I am skeptical that all of a sudden it's just that popular.
