Via Napoli pizza ?

I know that they have lots of fancy-shmancy pizzas at Via Napoli but can you get a plain old cheese or pepperoni pizza here? My family is not terribly adventurous but the pizza at POFQ and Pizza Planet left much to be desired on our last trip.

Yes - we did a half/half pizza at Via Napoli - dh had the pepperoni and I had the margherita (which is essentially cheese) and it was delicious. Now I'm craving it!

yes you can, but don't expect the pizza you normally find in North America. It's a flat crust, with more spices I would say than sauce. Not bashing it by any means, just letting you know

We ordered what we thought was a normal cheese pizza for the kids at Wolfgang Puck Express and it was cheese on crust with large tomato slices on top. From the images I googled, Via Napoli "looks" more like what my kids will eat, at least.

We ate there last week. My sister ordered the 4 cheese pizza and the cheese was more pungent than you usually get on a cheese pizza elsewhere. My only complaint about the pizza was that the portion of the crust under the toppings was very thin and the sauce basically made the crust soggy. The taste of the pizza was fine. The outer edges of the pizza were very thick.
Their fried ricotta balls for dessert were fantastic. If you get a dessert, try these.
The restaurant itself was very noisy. It was impossible to have a quiet conversation.
One other thing, when you go to check in, bypass the podium outside and go into the entrance of the restaurant. If you have a reservation, that is where you check in.

ate there last month and i myself ordered the individual pepperoni and cheese- it's all i eat...im way too fussy! lol ive been craving it since we left! since it's a wood burning stove chances are your bottom crust is going to be very well done to blackened as mine was, but i still found it edible. i really enjoyed it and will be going for more in may! yum! i also got the ricotta balls and loved them!

just watch yourself at check in- when i was checking in there were 2 families, okay one lady going off cus she was ahead of the other dude who cut in front of her- it gets very packed and congested in there.

ooh...This sounds like what my daughter and I should get when we go in June.

Wonder if you can get the half/half in the individual size pizza's?

Most pizzas consumed there are not fancy-schmancy. The pepperoni pizza was fantastic.

You can't do half and half toppings on one pizza.
