VGT Verandah room on Magic

My family is looking into booking a VGT Verandah room on Disney Magic. The description of the room that we would get says 245 sq ft including verandah, but every verandah room I look at on the ship says 268 sq feet or higher (depending on if it’s regular or family). I do not even see any type of stateroom that is 245 sq feet. I’m just confused about what type of room is being offered?

You are correct. The smallest Magic class verandah is 268 sq ft including the verandah. The smallest Dream class verandah is 246 sq ft including the verandah, so maybe that disclaimer statement about the VGT is meant to cover VGT's on all the ships.

That would make sense and makes me feel better. Thank you!
