Saturday I received the docusign contract and signed and emailed it back. Paid with two cc payments (one has gone thru and one hit today so is pending). What is next, am I waiting for an email from docusign and/or DVC? No points have been loaded into my account.

Following, I just purchased yesterday. Payments haven't hit yet and my guide told me it could take up to 48 hours to receive the docusign email. Hoping to have points by Monday so I can book a stay.

The points should show up soon and you should get an email saying the documents have been completed.

Left a message this morning and received a call back (only 35 minutes later!) and my docs are all good just waiting for someone to take a look at them to finalize. He mentioned a waiting period of 10 days from the date of signing according to florida timeshare laws for everything to be final.

Interesting, looks like paperwork processing is taking longer. When I purchased Friday my guide said the documents could take 24 hr.s to arrive, they arrived via email Sat. about 26 hours later. We signed them late that day, I first checked my DVC account Sunday & the points were already there. The first of my 3 scheduled CC payments didn’t post until Monday night although it was pending before that. When I spoke w/ my bank on Monday they said the timing on when the charge posted to my cc account depended on DVC.

I don’t think I got an email saying the doc.s were completed?

That would be the 10 day recession period - you have 10 days to change your mind & cancel a timeshare purchase.

The 10 day cancellation period won't hold up your points being loaded. The points should be there soon. I'm a bit surprised that they are not there already. I would call and ask.

We signed Saturday and the document for the luggage showing completed showed up today. So there may be a delay.
