Wow! If the Financial Advisor wasn't employed by your bank, I'd be really mad. Banks should NOT be selling/sharing that kind of information!

He was a bank employee. I had bought an annuity through him. But I knew alarm bells would go off that I cashed in that CD.

Thanks for update. That is not an uncommon practice for banks, even well before the internet came on the scene. Happened to me in the early 80's.
