I have 240 banked June UY points for rent within 7 months at any WDW resorts or Aulani (Riviera included). I will not make any VGC reservations until it's open. These can be used for reservations after June 1, $16 pp
I also have 240 June 2021 points available for TRANSFER only, $18pp. You must take all 240. Once transferred, these can be banked into 2022 if needed.
I'm an experienced renter and can help you with room selections or anything else you might need to increase your chances of getting the room you want. Payment is required up front via zelle or check. There are no refunds unless I am able to secure another renter (or disney is willing to extend my points a reasonable length in order for me to find another renter). Travel insurance is HIGHLY recommended.
