I have had 4 dogs in my life so far, including the 2 I have now. I have never had a dog that had the following condition: Well, my neighbor who is too cheap to put up a high fence has their dog in a small dog outside kennel and they only let her out when they can be outside with her. Anyway, I went over there and finally met their dog, a 8 year old Chespeake Bay Retriever. This dog had several quarter size black tumors hanging from her. And the neighbor said they have to take her to the vet. Do you have to wait for tumors to get a certain size until they can be removed?
