I understand, and appreciate, that this is a special group of people who doesn’t like things written in stone . . . but I don’t want to miss anything - there must be others out there like me - so I’m putting down a “flex” schedule of events that have been seen suggested - If someone could tell me what I’m missing - that would be most helpful and I will edit my own post.

Also, at most parties, while not specificaly stated, it's BYOB!! There will be plenty of adult beverages around to share, but the host generally does not supply all the alcohol.

Here I am really sticking my nose in where it doesn't belong... I'm not attending but enjoying the planning vicariously.

Whipperwhirl... you are "green". A planner, the list maker . That is a good thing. If there isn't a list maker in the group, things are forgotten or overlooked. Let the "red" people delegate , the "yellow" people make sure everyone is one big happy family & having fun , and the "blue" people quietly go about being worker bees . I get the feeling there are LOTS of "yellow" people in this group!
