Very Mery Christmas Party Shirts & Invites???

My family will be attending the Christmas party this year for the first time, it will also be my younger cousin and my stepmother's first trip. I was thinking of doing shirts, something simple as we're all adults (except the cousin-she's 12). Maybe "A Very Merry Weddington Christmas 2011" with a Mickey head and Santa hat? I'm open to ideas for both the shirt and invitation.
There's 5 of us ages 12, 20, and 40+ lol.
