Very Last Minute Upgrade?

I apologize if this question is often asked or easy to find . . . I'm still deep in the throes of packing and don't have much time to research. We leave tomorrow and have purchased the quick service dining plan. I was just able to score some great TS ADR's. Am I able to upgrade our dining plan from quick to regular so close to our trip?

Nope. you have to complete a dining plan upgrade more than 3 days prior to arrival on a package and more than 2 days prior to arrival on a DVC reservation. A day before arrival, you are too late. But you can call WDW, and try to talk them into it, can't hurt anything, the worst they can do is say no.
