Very irritated with disneystore.com right now...

Well, I bought this:

It's supposed to be wrapped up inside of my son's new Woody suitcase, which will be wrapped up inside of my daughter's new suitcase, which will be wrapped up inside of a gigantic box. The Mickey originally was supposed to say "SAILING ON DISNEY DREAM 02/03/2011" but apparently you're not allowed to have DISNEY or DREAM put on it due to legal reasons. Even though it doesn't say it on the website, or when you're checking out.

And it was supposed to be here TODAY but when I realized this morning the item had not been shipped yet, I called them and asked what was going on...and they said it was on hold due to my wording on the personalization. Um, why didn't you email or call me a few days ago? I tried changing it to "SAILING ON A DREAM CRUISE 02/03/2011" but because there is a ship named Disney Dream, I can't have DREAM on it anywhere.

So their recommendation was to have it say "SAILING WITH MICKEY 02/03/2011". Why is it okay to have MICKEY on it and not DISNEY or DREAM? The woman I spoke with offered other character names to add on to it, which confused me even more.


Sooooo needless to say, I'll be pretty irritated if it's not here TOMORROW. Because at the moment it's still saying it hasn't been shipped yet....

I just had an issue with them, ordered my son a Christmas ornament to say Adam's 1st trip 2010 I ordered it nov 30 and I still don't have it. Turns out I'm not getting it until the first full week of Janurary!! I told them I'm not paying for it since it did not met their promise of Christmas delivery, my options were %30 off the $14 ornament, return it when it shows up for a full refund or a $20 disneystore.com credit. I took the credit.
