Vero + private chef experience?

Hello!
It seems to me I've read about how while staying at Vero Beach you can have one of the chef's there prepare your meal in room for you? Chef Richard (?) perhaps?

Can anyone tell me anything about this, or set me on the right course to track it down? thank you!
