Vero cash rates?

We are planning a big "family" trip in January 2007 and plan to use most of our points for a GV (or possibly 2 - 2BRs) at OKW but will have a few left over for DH and me to do a weekend at Vero afterwards. The kids will be welcome to come along, but on their own "dime." Does anyone have an idea what the cash rates would be on the weekend in January? I think all we/they would need would be studios or inn rooms. TIA!

I picked up a pamphlet, Vero Beach 2005 tarriffs, when we were there in August.

It lists Jan. 1 -February-2 as Value, and the charge, not including tax for Studio is $165, OV $180, 1 Bedroom $250, 2 Bedroom $325 and Beach Cottage as $700.

So, the rates are for last year, but hopefully these give you an idea of what to expect.
