Vero Beach storm damage?

Does anyone have any info on how VB did going through this tropical storm Fay? Looks like that area got hit pretty bad with wind and rain. We are planning a vacation there in Oct.

The link below mentions seriously high rain levels and the videos are from the Port St. Lucie area just south of Vero.

Given the fact that Sebastian which is right next door had 18 1/2 inches of rain, I bet the parking garage under the resort was/is a lake.
