Vero Beach Room Question

We gave my parents 5 nights at Vero Beach in a Inn Room ocean view. They checked in Sunday and are located second floor next to the bar. Their smokers and this is the only room for smokers.

My question, Is this a noisy location or bad location.

The smoking section (most of the time) at VB is the 2nd floor north of the bar-Green Cabin Room.

It sounds like this is where they are located.

I don't think it would be too noisy. The GCR closes at 10, I think.

We have always stayed in a room on the side of the resort so the noise has never bothered us. I don't think it will be too bad.
