vero beach requests

I am staying at Vero Beach this month for the first time. We are staying in a one bedroom and have a two-year-old seven-year-old and 12-year-old. When I was filling out online checking the choices were for Building 12,14 and 15 and ground-floor. Do you think with a two-year-old the ground floor is easy to have? Of those three buildings which one is closest to the pool or would you put as a request for a one bedroom. Thanks in advance

We request top floor, ocean side. That is the best chance to have a partial ocean view. All 3 buildings have elevators, so stairs are not a problem.
