I'm staying @ VBR next month (Ocean View Inn Room).

Q: I have some $ on a Disney gift card (the kind that's accepted at parks, Disney Store, etc.), and also some $ on a Disney Visa Rewards card. Are either of these cards accepted at the resort? And can they be used at check-in/check-out to make up part of the balance for the room? Thanks very much for your expertise!

I don't have an answer for you. I have a question for you. That Disney Gift Card. Did you buy it at a Disney Store? IE. Can you buy one at a Disney Store and use it at WDW? Is there a maximum that you can put on it?

I have used my Visa Rewards Card to pay for room charges at VB. I would advise going to the front desk the night before check out, as all CMs may not be familiar with the process.

I do not think so. I have never tried, but I think I've read that others have tried. Even less sure about this, but I think I have read that people have used them in the gift shop there.

Yes. Both forms are accepted as payment at the front desk at VB
