Vero Beach - fly into Melbourne - Rental Car Question?

Anyone fly into Melbourne and rent a car at the airport there? Are they all onsite? Do you know if the car agencies are open past midnight? thanks

We flew into Melboune last March. Very nice airport. I don't remember exactly what car rental agencies were onsite but National Car Rental definitely was as we rented from them.
