VERO BEACH and Noel-Anyone know if there has been an impact on Vero?

I love my stay. I was there from Oct 31st until the 5th of Nov. We couldn't use the beach but it was beautiful anyway. It was hard coming back home to the cold again. Can't wait to go back.
