It appears that Verizon XLTE service is active in the parks. I ran this cellular speed test on my phone, during Star Wars weekend and right outside of Star Tours. It came in at 72.22 Mbps while there were wall to wall people in the park.
For those unaware, XLTE is the next generation of cellular data service. Verizon is touting this system has double the speed of 4G LTE, which my test came pretty close.
