Hey everyone!! :goodvibes

I currently have Verizon Wireless Cell phone service and I'm 23 so I've had it for about 10 years of my life..
I've had nothing but problem after problem with not only billing issues(mainly over-charges) but phone issues, I can't tell you how many phones I went through with them!
Anyways lately its become unbareable.. I have a LG Voyager Titanium and I'm on my 2nd one..in less than 1 year!! I had to have it replaced(keyboard lights flickered like a XMAS tree!) & they sent me a "like-new refurbished" one, but that too has problems(aka likes to shut down on its own whenever it wants!)

ANYWHOOO! The only thing about Verizon is its coverage and service(not customer service- no offence) but its cell service. Never really had problems with reception.

My DBF has or should I say HAD Verizon until tonight... he had a Blackberry..which was a piece of crap and the keyboard stopped working, Verizon wouldn't do anything for him, saying he had to wait 3 days for a new "refurbished" one sent to him! He had enough and we went to AT&T tonight and he got an iPHONE! I'll tell yah I def. love it and would love all the Disney apps I could download... BUT .. I'm a "key pad" kinda person-like having the QWERTY typing, having any all touch screen would be annoying to me..

SOOO my question is for everyone with Verizon and AT&T. which is better????:confused3

We live in Pennsylvania and mainly travel the east coast.
Besides the awesome iPhone -- whats the difference between Verizon VS AT&T?? I know that AT&T has roll-over minutes, unlike minutes I would lose month to month if I don't use them on Verizon..

I'll take any advice.. esp. on AT&T, which phone you have, how your service is(reception etc) esp. in Pennsylvania..etc.

Thanks everyone!!!!!!!!:goodvibes

I voted Verizon, but I'm not in your area. Even though I want an iPhone I've been really pleased with my current phone (enV) through Verizon. My husband has AT&T for his work phone and hates it - the coverage is terrible in our area. (Everywhere we've gone, actually - our Verizon phones always have better coverage.) Of course we haven't had any problems with billing or customer service, so clearly experiences can vary.

Hello ! Thanks for the advice.. utt ohh. he has AT&T and hates it--what to do what to do :confused3:laughing:
Thanks!!

You are not alone in the billing problems, etc. DB and I both had those kinds of problems with Verizon. I have had much much much better luck with AT&T, I have an LG Vu and Love it. It's a touch screen too but it has a qwerty option on the touch screen; not that I use it but a co-worker does and she loves it. I have AT&T thru work for my blackberry too. Our office never has problems with them. I have to say though triple check your coverage map. I think it really depends upon where you live. I love the roll over minutes thing - although I have so many I end up having a bunch expire every month, of course oldest DS is getting a phone for christmas so I'm expecting that benefit to disappear along with the 5,000 minutes I have banked :rotfl2:.

Hello! :goodvibes Thanks for your advice...yeah see what I mean Verizon is nothing but a hassel:(

As for AT&T the more I think about it the more I am going to switch when I have the $$.. its so pathetic I have to "buy out" of my contract my contract isnt up until Fall 2010.. I seriously can't put up w/ this much longer :scared1: lol..
But yeah I definitley checked our coverage area and so far so good.. I went with my BF last night to go sign up at AT&T and he got his iPhone which is AWESOME! we've already started downloading the Disney apps.. so as soon as I get get out of my contract and move over and save up $ to buy the iPhone etc.then I will !! :)
