Friday 15th August.

We decided we better get up at a decent hour today! So set and alarm call and were actually out the door early for us today! Our first stop was the wedding chapel to pick up our CD of photos from Monday and then straight over to Sea World.

As we were queuing the realisation came upon me that, for your free day you had to use it within a week and we were well over that week. I felt like such a fool, I knew this, but didn’t process it properly!! Anyway we went over to guest services to tell them how stupid we had been and the lovely lady let us in anyway, thanks Sea World! :thumbsup2

After we finally got in we started by seeing the baby dolphins, the dolphin pool, the penguins and the sea lions. We were hungry really early as we’d only had a small breakfast, so had an early lunch at Voyagers. I had chicken parmesan, Simon had ribs and Evie had lunchbox with pizza and fries (again thrilled to escape the Disney healthy meals!! ;) )

After lunch we went over to Shamu’s Happy Harbour which we didn’t venture to last week. Evie seriously adored it in there and we were there for well over 2 hours! We started with the a couple of rides, which had no queues at all, then over to the water area where Evie played happily for an hour.

Afterwards we came out to meet some Sea World friends again no queues!!

We had fun with the steel drums, the went to dry off and get dry clothes on. Before leaving the Happy Harbour we went on the carousel. We all thoroughly enjoyed this area, and Evie loved it. :lovestruc

We saw the Blue Horizons show and the Shamu show that afternoon which were fantastic as ever. We also visited the horses again (plus a beer of course!), the sharks and finished off our day at Sea World with a bit of shopping.

We headed back to POFQ for the evening. We really enjoyed relaxing at the resort, it was very calming and so pretty at night. We had our dinner in the food hall. We weren’t too hungry so just had some ribs, chicken, rice, mash potato between us to share. We grabbed 6 beignets and took them down to the pool, where we lazed till eight o clock. After that we went back to the room for a quite evening and an early night.

Tomorrow: Last full day: MK and a nasty fall! :scared1:

How good of the lady to let you into SeaWorld. Your photos are lovely. It looks like you all had a great day :)

Evie is soooo adorable - love the photo pf her carrying her lunchbox :goodvibes

Great service from Seaworld:thumbsup2

Another lovely day with beautiful photos.

Sounds like another perfect day Verity - and some gorgeous photos of Evie as per usual! I don't like the sound of the next installment though:scared1:

Never done Shamu's Happy Harbour (for obvious reasons!) - it looks great!

Can't wait to check out Shamu's Happy Harbour next year with the girls.Glad i saw your pics as i never knew there was a wet area.
Loved your pics of Evie-as always :thumbsup2 .Great that they let you in to Seaworld.x.

I've really enjoyed your TR, its lovely seeing Evie having such a fabulous time and seeing how happy you guys are too :goodvibes Makes me even more determined to take our little Matilda out there before she stops 'believing' in the princesses etc - not that she has started yet, she's only 10 months old but the indoctrination has already begun :lmao:

Verity thats great that Seaworld let you in despite you going over the week :thumbsup2 . The pictures are lovely and I'm really enjoying your trippie (I'm supposed to be researching mortgage deals but never mind eh!).
I don't know when I will next be back in Orlando but I'm hoping it won't be too long and reading this is making me feel like I need to go soon.
Seaworld is not everyones thing but my family love it and we find it very relaxing in between all the rushing about at Disney. Thats what comes over in this instalment - you were able to relax and enjoy it at Evies pace.

never seen the play area before so its great to see your photos. Thanks for the brilliant trip report
