Verandah Man here reporting live from the Page's den. I held Nate earlier today(Saturday) and he fell asleep in my arms. Eric took some nice photos of Nate and myself while Nate was awake and asleep in my arms. I can't beging to tell you the emotions that are running through my mind right now as I sit here and type this message.

I came into the den and what do I see, but the Captain Verandah hat that I sent to Nate a couple of months ago, I had to hold back the tears when I saw the hat sitting on top of the monitor.

We arrived later than expected on Friday night, and sat up talking with Chris and Eric until 2:30 this morning(Saturday). Tonight we made Smores and Hazel and the kids spent some time in the hot tub.

We are having a wonderful time here with the Page's, we just wish our stay could have been longer. This is one "great family" to be around!!!

Just so you all know, when we got off the plane, I gave Chris a great big hug and told her it was from her DIS Family. While holding Nate earlier, I gave him a kiss, and told him it was from all you WONDERful and MAGIcal DIS'ers!!!

The time is flying by, and I need to get some sleep. I will be posting some really nice photos after we return home.

The above message was what I had posted on two other threads. We were late leaving Philly airport by nearly two hours on Friday night. We finally took off at 7:35pm, and arrived in Houston at 9:30pm Central Time. Eric, Chris, Nick and Nash were at the airport to greet us. Grandma Debbie (Ella) as known by some, kept Nate back at the house, but Nate was wide awake when we walked in ther door. He was smiling from ear to ear.

Well folks, it's getting late, and I only had about three hours of sleep last night, trying to get in as much as possible during this short trip.

My computer at home quit working, so I am in computer/DisBoard withdrawal right now... at least my computer at work is in fine shape.
