Thanks Andy for the link to the magnetic paper and for your help with the sign designs. The paper came today and the signs have turned out awesome. Once again Andy has helped spread the Magic. Can't wait to adhere these to our stateroom door. Should make it very easy for the kids to find the right room.::MickeyMo ::MinnieMo

Can you please post the link, I saw the thread a while ago.
TIA

I bought mine from Walmart for about $8 for 5 sheets or they're also at Office Depot for about $16 for 5 sheets. I guess if you don't have one of these stores near you then you have to use Verandah Man's link. Just thought I'd try to save some of us some hard earned money.

When Andy first appeared on the board, I thought "is he for real"
and also said to myself, this guy is too nice to be real - then I met Andy about 2 years ago along with his family, and I knew then that Andy had a heart as big as a heart can go and he was only "in this" to help anyone he could - I admired Hazel for she is truly a helpmate also and she too is as dependable as Andy -
I met Vi, Andy's mom, and know this is where the kindness comes from.
The reason I know all of this is that I have taken the time to learn about Andy and his family - he has sent me postcards for me to mail here from Cape Canaveral, and I took the time to read what he has on the cards - my gosh I do not believe anyone realizes the love he puts into these cards - each is different and I must have mailed out about 50 or so - I could see why the children get so excited - they are made so personable - Andy is owed a lot for all the kindness he has given - this board is very blessed - also I can not forget Dave from Marietta - this young man comes into town just to check out everything for the cruisers so he can post it on his website to make it easier for the cruisers not to be steered wrong. So many give so much and expect nothing in return - yep we are blessed.
Much thanks to Dave and to Andy and so many more that give so much.
Much love to you all
Always
Shirley and Norm

The main reason I used this site http://www.decalpaper.com/magnetic-decalpaper.html was to save myself money. The prices are very reasonable and the more you buy, the better the price. I also think this magnetic paper is a better quality of name brand magnetic paper that I have bought in the past.

5 sheets for $6.95
10 sheets for $10.99
25 sheets for $24.99

and they even have larger quanities than that. I have bought from this company MANY times and am extremely happy with them. Like the OP said, they ship very fast, I've always had my magnetic sheets within days from placing my order.

I can't thank Andy enough for the postcards he sent to my grandchildren. The thrill of receiving them could be felt from Virginia to North Carolina. Thanks Andy for helping create those memories that last a lifetime. :grouphug:

Andy is indeed the "genuine" article. I have not met him yet(hopefully next year) but have spoken to him several times on the phone. I applaud the time he takes to ensure the children get their postcards as well as helping and assisting other forum members.

And for Dave's site - It is invaluable when planning a DCL vacation. It takes a lot of time to manage a site like this and he alwasy keeps it up to date. Kudos to you as well for the info you provide - as well as the questions you answer. - Mike

I am somewhat new to the boards, but have already discovered just how special and kind Andy is. When I first came across the thread about sending the children postcards I was so excited and requested one be sent to my DD. I got a response from someone else asking me to PM ANDY my request and he would take care of it. Being fairly new to the boards, I was a little unsure about sending him my request directly, since he had not been the one that responded. Anyway, I did PM Andy & he did respond to say that he would be happy to send one. My DD (just turned 3) was "doing the dance" yesterday afternoon when the postcard came in the mail! I must have read it to her about 10 times (at her request) because she was so excited that Mickey & Minnie knew she was gonna be on their boat in Sept! THANK YOU SO MUCH ANDY for making this trip that much more special for my little princess!

I too can sing the praises of Andy. He assisted in bring much joy to the life of a very derserving little girl.

Through him I met Shirley at THE PERFECT GIFT. She too put more than one smile on Devina's face.

This forum has a way of creating bonds among good people.

I simply think that all "Disney People" are good people!!
