Oh I hear you about the quality going down. For 5 bucks a pair on sale..they should REALLY be better quality.

And that is too funny about how the briefs now fitting like a bikini. I agree..why? That isn't my style, but I do find it crazy they did that. With the next redo they will most likely be saying the briefs now fit like a thong.

This must be happening everywhere because I have wore Gap underwear for the longest time and I'm having problems with them. They don't have the same ones as before and the sizing is off.

Don't get me started on the bras! They re-designed the Body by Victoria unlined full coverage...I tried buying the same size that I'd worn in the "old" BbV and they're MUCH smaller! I laid them out, one on the other; the new one is a good inch smaller in the band and a half-inch all around the cups. I've always been suspicious of their sizing...theirs is the only bra that I had to go up a cup size. On another message board, almost all of the women there said the same thing.

As far as going back to the cotton underwear...I've gone back to the Jockey Elance 3-paks. They're holding up quite well so far!

I loved the Body By Victoria line. It is now very difficult to find an unlined bra. I do not want to wear a padded bra! I did find 2 at their semi-annual sale yesterday, but they are not made of the same fabric they used to be made of.

I stopped buying them a few years ago. They used to last for YEARS...then they changed something about them and suddenly, I was getting holes in them after 2-3 months. Hasn't happened to any of my other brands...

Me too. They just fall apart now. Every now and then I'm tempted and buy a new matching bra and panty set from them. I'm always disappointed.

They're not 100% cotton, but my new fave is aerie. They are sooooo comfy. I don't have any problems with them being saggy and/or falling down like I do with the VS panties. My only sadness is that they're sizing on the bras runs small, and they don't have as much selection in the bigger cup sizes.

Sorry but that is NOT true. I don't know what weave of fabric they're making undies with in Australia but here we use a knit. And a knit fabric has plenty of stretch to go over curves without getting stretched out and too loose later.

they have also changed up the 'PINK' line which is all i wear. they have quite literally reduced the size of the back of the underwear by about 25% and now they don't cover my behind completely. they call it 'cheeky'... great.

I've also noticed a weird size difference in the VS underwear recently. I hold up a size small and they look to big for me. I'm so sad because these are really the only underwear that I like.

The same thing has been happening to me! My VS panties keep ripping! It's really annoying to me because they are so comfy, but they aren't worth the cost anymore. I found some at Target that are cheaper and just as comfy and cute, and they last much longer!!

I gave up on VS a while back.

I gave up on VS very shortly after they changed their waistband. I would always buy the Hi Cut Breif (I have a 'tummy' and these would stay UP around my waist, above that tummy). The new waistbands are not as tight/stretchy, so they don't stay up, and I end up with baggy butt. PLUS, a Hi Leg Brief should have 1) Hi Leg cutouts and 2) a Brief Fit, neither of which these have!

After searching for years (I'm not kidding), I settled back on the old standard Fruit of the Loom Hi Cut Brief. They have 1 and 2 as listed above, are comfy, no wedgies and cost about the same for SIX that VS charges for ONE fo theirs.

As long as they keep sending me free coupons I will use VS. Free is better than paying.

I used to think this, but I got a boybrief for free and ended up throwing it away! I use all my old VS panties for Period Panties now. They are raggedy anyway!

They are Froot of the Loom. They aren't the ones in the bags, they are in a little package of 3. I get the bikini's and I love it because they aren't too low. Here is the package:

I know some of you ladies won't like them because they are not 100% cotton, but they are comfy for me and for the price (they are about $6) they can't be beat! I've had more success finding them at Walmart, but if I find them at Target I grab them because I don't like going to Walmart just for underwear... Hope this helps!

I've been trying to figure out for a while now what kind of bra I might be comfortable in from VS. Now that I've lost some weight I'm needing some new ones. BUT! I really like a lot of support in my bra... well, "need" is more appropriate than "like" Any suggestions?

Ooo, sorry for the possible derail... if it helps, I'm looking at their panties too!
