vehicle recommendation

I've started my planning for next year's trip. There will be 4 adults and 2 children under 7. Which type of vehicle would you/wouldn't you recommend?

You don't have a massive choice really. 7 seater minivan or SUV.
The Minivan is usually cheaper to rent, easier to get in and out of, more fuel efficient and more luggage space BUT the SUV's look nicer.
When there are 6 of us (5 adults & 1 child age 5) we go for the minivan, when its just the 3 of us I like the 7 seater SUV.
