Vegitarian at 'Ohana's

We would like to go to Ohana's to eat one night but my mom is a vegitarian and everyone else is not. She is not a big disney fan (not sure how we are related) she only goes for the grandkids and only for 2 days. So I want to make sure she enjoys her time and at least likes her meals.
Anyway, do they offer sometype of vegi meal and if so what is it?

My DD is a vegetarian and she ate at 'Ohana with her friends on their graduation trip. She said that she was served the best marinated tofu dish that she's ever had (and DD is not a big fan of tofu)! Just let them know that you're dining with a vegetarian and accommodations will be made.

We were there Tuesday and my daughter is a vegetabletarian as I call it. Let the reservation desk know when you check-in. They should stamp your receipt with special diet. The chef came out and asked a few questions. An appetizer of fried flat bread and hummus appeared for my daughter. Then she had eaten some of the noodles and broccoli when a huge skillet appeared and nicely presented. It had rice, tofu, fried noodles, mixed veggies and deep fried broccoli spears. The rice and tofu had some short of sweet sauce on them. I ate some of the broccoli spears, tofu and rice. It was good and my daughter really enjoyed it.
