Veggie Option at Whispering Canyon?

We would love to check out the Wilderness Lodge and have dinner there. I have looked at All Ears and there doesn't seem to be a veggie friendly entree. Has anyone had any experience there ordering a vegetarian meal?
I love the look of Artist Point but it's too pricey.

I ate there in 2007, and there was a veg entree. I don't see it now.

I looked at allears.net, and I did see a lunch veg entree...

Looking at the dinner menu, I wondered if they modify the Chicken Veg Penne to a veg entree. Even so, I would think that you could still get the lunch veg entree.

In my experience, at TS restaurants, they seem to be very accommodating. Just ask your server what they can do. I've even had the chef come out and talk to me when I have had questions (at other TS places). Ask, ask, ask!

Those quinoa cakes sound interesting! Thanks, I didn't even think to look at the lunch menu because we would definitely be going for dinner ( and probably after a day at Universal ).
My kids are also vegetarian so also hoping they'll be accommodating for them too!
