Veggie meals at Castaway Cay and Blue lagoon????

Ok...anyone out there know what the offerings for us non-meat eaters are at Castaway Cay and also at the Blue Laggon lunch that is offered with the excursion?

I am sure Disney offers something at Castaway Cay, but I am worried that I might be starving at Blue Lagoon???

I WILL eat seafood, so that hopefully helps my situation on the islands.

You'll be fine at Castaway Cay. There are lobster burgers and garden burgers available, along with lots of non-meat side items.

There was also Ceasar salad at CC. And lots of nice fruit.

Yes, we are doing the excursion for the Beach Day at Blue Lagoon.....and it includes lunch at the Sea Grill. Anyone else out there know what the food offerings are at Blue Lagoon?
