Vegetarian taco at El Pirata....

Anyone had it, is it any good?

I know the regular ones were good.....but never can get there when the place is open......always closed......

I haven't, but my mom and her friend went a few months back and both had them and thought they were really good.

I have had the taco salad made vegetarian by subbing beans for meat, and that's always tasty.

it's essentially the same as the regular, but with a really awesome bean stuff instead of the meat. You order, and they give you the shells with the meat (or whatever) and then you add all the other stuff you want at the topping bar. BEST counter service, and the veggie option is delish. but then, i'm biased.

When is this place ever open. I've been in Jan, May, Sept, Oct, and Dec and have never caught it open. I know it's open 'seasonally', but is seasonally only during the summer?
