Vegetarian suggestions?

Hello!

My DH, DD, and I have a trip planned for late Sept./early Oct. with the free dining program. I'm a vegetarian and my husband isn't a big meat eater. Our daughter, who will only be 15 mo. and probably not eating a ton of table food, doesn't eat meat either.

Does anyone have any good restaurant suggestions for veggie's? Here is what we are thinking...

Table Service:

California Grill
Boma
Garden Grill
Alfredo's
CRT for lunch (if we are lucky enough to get ADR!!!)
maybe Sci-Fi at MGM?

Counter Service:

Columbia Harbor House (love the hummus sandwich!)
Cosmic Ray's
Tusker House
Tangerine Cafe

Any other suggestions???

In addition to the table service places you mentioned, we also enjoyed the veggie lasagna at Chefs de France, the stuffed pepper at 50's Prime Time and the Bean Burrito/Cheese Enchilada combo off the vegetarian menu at the San Angel Inn.

Oh, and how could I forget Jiko! The Lentil "Pastilla" appetizer (lentil filled phyllo pockets with a sweet and sour sauce) is outstanding. My DH loves the Taste of Africa appetizer (Kalamata Olive Hummus, Malayan Spinach-Lentil dip, and Moroccan Chermoula, with Lentil Papadam, whole wheat lavosh, and flaxseed Naan bread). The Cucumber, Tomato and Red Onion Salad is very different and refreshing (organic arugula, cottage cheese and watermelon vinaigrette), and after that we share a main course of Grains, Peas and Veggies (black garbanzo peas, kamut, wheat berries, quinoa, pearl and black barley with roasted vegetables and seared tandoori tofu).

I had a wonderful grilled veggie sandwich at Starring Rolls at Studios.

For lunch at MGM I would suggest Mama Melrose instead of Sci-Fi. Many more veggie choices at MM.

Jiko sounds very interesting, but I don't want to burn through 4 TS credits on more than one meal. We're already planning to do California Grill which we went to during our 2002 trip and LOVED. We missed going there on our trip last year, so we definitely don't want to pass it up this time. I'm thinking that we will definitely try Jiko after all of the positive comments on our next trip!

Thanks for the Mama Melrose suggestion instead of Sci-Fi. I was pretty luke warm about Sci-Fi.
