vegetarian options for kids

I have some friends going to Disney in a few months. The mom and kids are vegetarian. What locations offer a vegetarian both QS and TS as they're going to be on the dining plan.

Also, another member of the their party is allergic to fish, gluten and is also milk intolerant.

we are all vegetarians anddid not have a problem at CS or TS. Most QS have at least a vegie burger and many have other options. Also TS have at least 1 option and at several we asked to talk to somone who was able to provide other options not listed. Also the buffets (evan the meat loaded ones) have several vegie option. Our son was well fed and the kids meals usually had more options than ours at some TS places.
